Confirm Goodwin Liu

President Barack Obama has nominated Goodwin Liu to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Legal academics, elected officials and media of all stripes have voiced their support of the nomination, and the American Bar Association has given Professor Liu its highest possible rating: a unanimous "well qualified." The Senate should confirm Goodwin Liu to the Court of Appeals.
