DoCs petition!

the target of this petition is to get people to change the laws of child abuse, there are thousands of children world wide who get abused every single day by parents, siblings, people that they care about most, this has happened to three of my brothers and myself.
my two younger brothers are 7 and 4 and the only way anything can get done is if they call DOCS themselvs when they get abused i dont know what genius thoguht of that but i doubt my dad would let him call DOCS after he bashes them !! .
I know MANY!! people have made reports about my father and you'd think somthing would have been done by now but no it hasnt!


So this is why i ask for your help to stop this rediculous crap and help the children who cant do anything to help them selves.
