*Please Repost* Fight for equal parental rights for both parents in Arkansas, regardless of marital status. Contact your state and federal legislatures today to Amend Arkansas Code of 1987 Title 9: Family Law (Subtitle 2: Domestic Relations). Having both parents in a child’s life is in the best interest of the child. We the undersigned respectfully and wholeheartedly encourage that the Arkansas General Assembly Amend Arkansas Code of 1987 Title 9: Family Law (Subtitle 2: Domestic Relations) to reflect, defend, and uphold equal parental rights for both parents in Arkansas, regardless of marital status. Having both parents in a child’s life is in the best interest of the child and we the undersigned look for our legislature to support this equal parental rights movement. Thank you for taking the time to read our letter.
