Fathers petition to save his son

Timothy Ransom's Petition for Chaske

While I was at work my son Chaske was taken out of the state of Hawaii to the State of Maine against his own free will and without my consent (Kidnapped).

Samantha Rainbow his alcoholic mother, took my son Chaske away from family and friends. This I consider CHILD ABUSE!

In a recent court hearing a woman named Mary Ann Simmons admitted, she and Samantha Rainbow my son%u2019s mother planned taking Chaske away from home in Hawaii, this was a premeditated act.  Highly influenced and supported by Mary Ann Simmons who lives in Maine, Samantha was able to use the court system and gain free attorneys.

Neither my son nor myself have never been or lived in Maine ever before.

Samantha and Mary Ann Simmons also found out if you are not married even if your child was born in the state and lived in Hawaii. You cannot be charged for kidnapping in Hawaii, this law needs to be change. We were not married but this law absolutely disregards, that my name is on the birth certificate and that I have been a dedicated, responsible and loving father to my son from day one of the pregnancy until he was %u2018ripped%u2019 from my heart and out of my life.

Samantha Rainbow did not stop running from the situation, she moved to Montana, knowing the State of Maine would not do anything to keep her from leaving that State.

When I flew to Maine for the last court hearing, I was not given a fair trial. I was refused to present any avadavat%u2019s, or telephone witnesses, I was told I could not use anything that has taken place in Hawaii. Judge Michael P. Cantara would not allow me to see nor talk to my son Chaske. (Parental Alienation)

Because of The law DIVERSITY OF CITIZENSHIP (Title 28 Sec. 1332) I am requesting the courts to exercise personam jurisdiction over this matter. For this purpose we, Chaske and I are citizens of Hawaii and we cannot have a fair trial in Maine, Montana or a federal Indian reservation (my sons mother is part soux). I am requesting all court hearings to be returned to Hawaii. Where Chaske was born and lived and needs to come home to family, friends and Hawaiian culture.

I feel Chaske is at risk if not in danger, since he has been put in an unsafe environment, moving from State to the next with no permanent home no family. This trial should never have been given jurisdiction to another State, which it is also against the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act (UCCJA).

I am asking Family and friends, fellow piers, Union Brothers, and Residents of the State of Hawaii to please sign this petition, to help me get a fair chance in court to fight for my son Chaske and regain my parental rights that were taken away from me by Judge Michael P. Cantara in Maine. To move this trial back to Hawaii where Chaske was born and lived and where his only extended blood family is, and his father that will not give up on his only son.

While I was at work my son Chaske was taken out of the state of Hawaii to the State of Maine against his own free will and without my consent (Kidnapped). Taking Chaske away from family and friends is the child abuse. Mary Ann Simmons stated in court His mother Samantha Rainbow premeditated this act.  They studied the system in Maine where Mary Ann Simmons lives and used the system to gain control over the courts and free attorneys, we have never been and never lived in Maine. You cannot be charged for kidnapping in Hawaii, this law needs to change.
