MAKING RACISM ILLEGAL IN THE U.S.

America needs change. And I feel that to change one must take drastic steps. Racism has not only help build an invisible wall in our country, it is ignored. And those in positions to make change dismiss it in many areas from law enforcement to employment practices. The only way I feel we can make a difference is to place racism along the same lines as human rights violations and a menacing belief to possess. Not to act oblivious to racism or to dismiss it as a "freedom" of speech. Because it is not, it is a love of hate and hate helps destroy a people and a country from within.
