MANDATE APARTMENTS TO ALLOW ANIMALS
Too many animals are being given up by their owners due to losing their home, or downsizing to an affordable apartment complex. But sadly, not all of these apartments allow pets. Please sign this petition to make it mandatory that all apartment complexes allow pets, and to stop filling up our shelters.

I know there is not many signatures on this petititon, but I am new at this and not sure how to promote it. However, I feel this is a very important situation. Too many animals are filling the shelters and too many are being put down and losing their families. These shelters are filling up due to people losing their homes to foreclosure and apartments now allowing animals. It is unfair, animals are like our children and deserve attention too. If we could just make it mandatory for all places to allow animals, maybe by adding an additional monies to the security deposit (not to exceed a certain amount), these poor animals would still have a home. Please help me to make this mandatory. Animals are people too!!!!!!!!!!!
