The russian governmental officials want to deport 13 000 dogs and cats from all the moscow animal shelters to the only one huge "shelter" in another region (Yaroslavskaya oblast). That means the death from starvation and epidemics, cause it is not possible to nurse 13 000 at same time.
In reality, this "place of death" doesn't even exist and obviously this can mean that all the animals are going just to be killed straightly.

inform you, Mr. Medvedev, that the governmental officials want to deport 13 000 dogs and cats from all the moscow animal shelters to the only one huge "shelter" in another region (Yaroslavskaya oblast). That means the death from starvation and epidemics, cause it is not possible to nurse 13 000 at same time.
In reality, this "place of death" doesn't even exist and obviously this can mean that all the animals are going just to be killed straightly.
The animal shelters in Russia, particularly in Moscow, are in disgusting condition and the officials decided to solve this problem simply - just by eliminating all the animals.
Surely we know, that this is all because of corruption and in the name of money laundering.
We ask you, Mr. President, to help us all and to abolish this bill. We ought to build - not to destroy! We need humanity and democracy!
No corruption, no indifference, no cruelty!
