Put the creatures we know as cows in a dome!

I believe we should take all the cows in the world and place them on an unhabbited island of the earth named agdgdgwngo (ag-diga-dig-wengo), and place a dome over it so we can filter their rectal discharges through the sea with custom made japanese pipelines straight to China where they can use their cow fart convertor to produce hot water for millions of ugandan shacks. The overall effect for uganda will be massive and i believe we can do it! This is more important than the credit crunch i believe and i think we should'nt even consider anything else apart from the one true important cause of the earth, COW FARTS!
