has been under administratorship for the past three years. members seek to take back ownership of our local, and would like to finally have the tools necessary to accomplish our goal. We want to establish and maintain our own Executive Board. We want to have a voice in the direction in which our union is headed. And, we want to access to the decisions management is making on our behalf.
We are dues paying members, and want our rights as union members to be upheld. While under administratorship, we have not been able to: view the financial status of our local through financial reports, make informative decisions regarding the direction of our union, be made aware of pertinent management decisions, hold our administrators accountable for their action or inaction, and have accessibility to our administrators who are based in Austin, Texas, and are seldom present in our union office in Houston, Texas.
We the undersigned would like to bring to your attention, our dissatisfaction with the current administrators and management. At this time, we respectfully request the removal of the Administrators of our Local.
