Remove Officers Rooney and Rivera fron NYC payroll

To whom it may concern,

   Officer Rooney and Officer Rivera from the 44th Pct need to be removed from the payroll of New York City. They are unprofessional and constantly violate the rights of the civilians in our neighborhood. Most of all, they abuse their authority by going beyond the limits of the law. We have rights and intend to protect them.  We are coming together as a community to rid the streets of these men that do not deserve to have a badge and a gun.
