  Hi my name is Marvin Scott, I am relocating to Cape Coral in June. I am writing this letter in response to the hb101.  I have had 2 rottweilers and a germany sheapard that has grown up around 4 children.  I have even rescued some too.  I have had no problems. They are not aggressive it is how you raise them .  If you raise them rough then they will  be rough just like any other living thing.  A matter a fact, I have a rottweiler puppy reserved for sept. and I would be heart broken to see and innocent puppy die for no reason other than ignorance.  As I have grown up I have had dozens of so called aggressive breeds and never had any problems.  I have also know several people with similar animals and lived around people with them too.   I greatly disgreee with this bill, it is putting all animals at risk even the rescued ones too.  An example of why this is so blindly wrong, is that if several people in one race commits a crime, you would not kill of that race, so why should that apply to animals.
