The San Luis Obispo Department of Mental Health, creates more clients than it can cure.

Believe that Mr. Jose M. Orozco, is being denied basic Health and Human Services and has been the target of the County of San Luis Obispo Mental Health Department, who unjustly has portrayed him as a 'Stalker, accused him of 'Domestic Violence,' has harassed and incarcerated Mr. Orozco because, of an employees hatred toward him. With its over-reaching powers has been able to take away Mr. Orozco's, 1st, 4th, 6th, and 8th, Amendments Rights away, deemed him incompetent to stand trial ,yet denying him his right to a competency hearing, incarcerating him, using the 'Suicide cell' as means to torture, when he presented no harm to himself or others, by one of the Departments own employees. Using false accusations and harassment and now intimidating tactics ,that through their own forensic coordinator, have
institutionalized him in a State Hospital for violent sexual predators, also known as the 'Atascadero State Hospital' for 3 long months, and after being released still denied him his rights, to face his accusers, cross examine them, and to present evidence that would clear his name, still faces the above charges, he paid $18,000.00 in 'Bogus' defense lawyers who, for unknown reasons did not provide him with a minimal standards of a defense, still faces persecution by interdepartmental bodies that encompass the S.L.O. County's
way of operating. He is about to receive a B.A. in psychology, with a point 3.5 average, has been on the deans list twice, needs your support in letting the County know that on his next Court appearence on March 30, 2010, wants his full rights restored, has plead not guilty and wants a Jury Trial to prove his innocence. He and his wife fear reprisals, live in fear, and need your support.
Please help them by signing the petition, letting the County know that they are still part of a Federal and Democratic Society also known as the United States of America, Jose Orozco never engaged in any criminal activity as portrayed in fabricated police reports, Restraining Orders, and is the victim of hate crimes, by the forensic coordinator and his co-worker's, She voluntarily divulged too much information to him when they were still considered friends and he would never of thought she would use his knowledge of such, against him in such a violent, and harassing way, as to not only ostracize him, but his family, also.
