Sentenced to Life for a crime he didn't commit - I HAVE PROOF!!

In 2000, he was sentenced to Life for a crime that he didn't commit.

He wasn't the only one at the scene the crime, there was 4 involved. 3 of them got sentenced, 1 got full immunity.
At the trial, the court 'relied on the testimony' from one of the other defendants. There was no DNA evidence, no 'physical' evidence whatsoever that this person committed this crime.

I have in my possession, hand written letters and recorded telephone conversations with the person who DID commit this crime. He speaks about that night, why he put the blame on this other person etc. This
new evidence proves that he is innocent.

Today I received another letter from the person who committed this crime. He again goes into detail of what he plans to do to 2 people when he is released!!!
What he describes to me is truly sickening.

Please tell as many people as you know to sign this petition - this man needs to be sentenced properly and the innocent man needs to be released.

In the telephone calls the person who committed the crime states ' Why should I do the life sentence, when I had someone else to do it for me?', he also goes into graphic details about the night of the crime, how he felt when he done it.
In the latest letter, he tells me how he likes to see the 'life draining' from his victims.

I need all the support out there to free this innocent man who has already spent 10 years in prison for something that he didn't do and to put the real person behind bars for longer than he was sentenced.

I have just got off the phone with the Governor's Cabinet Commissioner for the Department of Corrections - she has told me t write a letter to the sentencing Judge.

FEBRUARY 2010

I am now in the process of completing a application for a commute of sentence from the Pardons Board.
This man doesn't seserve to spend the rest of his life in prison for something he didn't do. The real murderer will be released in 2015!!! Please sign this and help stop this from happening. Let's do what we can to give this man his life back.
