Stop Boom-cars in Utah!

boom car n. A car equipped with an extremely powerful stereo system that is being played with the volume and bass levels turned up and the car windows rolled down.

Noise ordinance laws do not protect citizens from the constant thumping bass coming from car stereos, even in residential areas. Please sign the petition if you agree this is a problem that needs to be recognized and addressed by Utah law makers.
