Tennessee Animal Cruelty Laws need Reformed
Tennessee State Animal Cruelty Laws are the worst in the Nation and the Judicial System in Tennessee because of these weak and vague laws too many perpetrators of Cruelty to Animals go unpunished or get dismissed. NWSPCA has written reforms to the Animal Cruelty Laws and Submitted them to Representative Mark Maddox to be put into a bill. The Reforms that NWSPCA has written Clearly define Cruelty to Animals and Aggravated Cruelty to Animal to leave no weak or vagueness in them and that the Judicial can uphold with no questions. The exisiting laws are too weak, to vague and to many loop holes to get out from under, the new reforms eliminate that issue and bring Tennessee for the Worst to the tightest laws in the Nation. Please support the reform and sign the petition to pur State Legislative Representatives and let them know we are the voice for the animals and they need to be heard.

Mr. Maddox back in November NWSPCA submitted Animal Cruelty Law Reforms after our conversation about the existing laws that are weak, vague and full of loop holes, at that time you said if I wrote the needed reforms that you would submitt them to get them into a bill as of today 3/22/2010 I have not heard back from you on this issue. These laws need to be reformed to give animals their deserved protection in thois state and stop the perpetrators from getting off scott free due to these exisiting laws. we are sending you this as the voice for the animals in Tennessee and hope that you will hear both the voice of the people for voicing the needed protection for animals rights.
