End the Romanticization of Firearms in the Media!

For as long as television has been around, the media has romanticized guns, violence, and murder on a disgusting level, showing police officers and "crime-stoppers" constantly murdering people. This use of firearms on television desensitizes children and teenagers, and they begin to subconsciously become less disturbed and horrified by the idea of murder. This needs to end now - television should not tell people that murder is just a sad part of life, it should be a huge deal. End it now.
