We, the undersigned, respectfully request a wind energy ordinance in Iowa County to protect the public's health, safety, and welfare.
Measures may include, but are not limited to: a minimum setback distance of 1/2 mile from non-participants' property lines, shadow flicker, noise, decommission, and damaged property. Please display your name so your vote can be counted.

We will request a wind energy ordinance this Friday, 4/12, at 10:30am at the board of supervisors' meeting. We have 1 hour to present. Please attend if you're available. The board room is located on the second floor of the East Annex, across the street from the courthouse. If you're not able to attend, please email your concerns and requests to supervisors@co.iowa.ia.us.
