We are having a problem and I apartment complex as human being in as tenants and people who work very hard to take care and support their kids. For the last 8 - 10 months we've been having problem with our property manager. All we are asking is that she be removed away from her position, meaning as us living citizens of Overtown community this building is run by the CR building we have complained to the CR building numerous of times about this property manager that that actually is contract by them. She have told certain tenant that they she's not taking their rent because they have roaches in their apartment now the majority of these people that she have told this to have a black background Epic. We all have got together and we are very stressed we have kids, she have stress us to the point that we have paid more than what we're bargain to pay on a late fee and we just ask that somebody please do something for the citizens of Overtown community. WE ASKED FOR THE COMMISSIONER OF OVERTOWN TO PLEASE STEP IN AND PLEASE COME TALK TO US AT ISLANDS APARTMENTS AT 1201 NORTHWEST 3RD AVENUE APARTMENT
