Nova Hotels is tired of the inactive SHR, and SSHR who don't care about the group. There are some skilled HR, that deserve SHR and SSHR ranks. They aren't getting the job.
SHR and SSHR are inactive and don't ever do anything to help Nova, while our lower ranks work their butts off for nothing.
We are asking for a full-on reform from Josh himself, along with the help of three HR, two MR, and one SHR.
Reforms includes firings of inactive staff, and promotions to SHR and SSHR ranks for people who deserve them.
