STOP ANIMAL ABUSE TO KITTENS AND CATS

This is a petition to stop people from abusing cats and kittens just because they can't speak does not mean they don't feel.  They need love just like anything else they need you as a companion and friend. This petition is to pass a law where any cat or kitten is abused that person who abuses them should get 15 years in prison for their actions. What is the difference between a human life and animal life? humans and animals both have the same feelings.
