RA represition and rights

We the RA's of capital university are seeking a sit in the decision making process to provide insight in the decisions that will affect the work we do as RA's. No amount of feedback from RA's can change the decisions of Reslife after the are announced, so we need to be present in the process so that policys are not rolled out without some RA approval. We are asking to self elect 3 Ra's per staff so that we can have a collective voice.
