Prosecute the man who shot a Black teen for knocking on his door!

American gun culture is fundamentally rooted in racism, and nowhere is that more clear than in the horrifying case of Ralph Yarl, a Black teenager who was shot by an unidentified homeowner for the simple crime of knocking on the door.

Yarl was sent to pick up his siblings and accidentally went to the wrong house — but received two bullets for his trouble instead of a simple "this is 115th Terrace, you're looking for 115th Street." Yarl is still in critical condition.

Prosecute Yarl's shooter to the fullest extent of the law!

Somehow, the shooter has been released and not charged with any crime yet while the police "gather more forensic evidence."

The police claim that "the information that we have now, it does not say that [the shooting was] racially motivated" but it is impossible that race did not play a role in the decision to shoot a teenager for simply knocking on a door. It's Trayvon Martin's shooting all over again — but this time, justice needs to be done.
