Legislators Taking Sledgehammers to the homeless in Hawaii?!? NOT ON OUR STREETS!

Sign this petition now to tell Rep. Tom Browers that he cannot take it upon himself to destroy personal private property because he thinks it's wrong to have found oneself in the unfortunate situation of homelessness!  

Representative Browers has taken to the streets with a sledgehammer and is destroying the only remaining personal property that the homeless people in Hawaii have left.  In his efforts to 'clean up the streets' by waging a personal war against homelessness he is violating several basic human rights as outlined in the US and Hawaii Constitutions, violating statutes and laws specifically put in place to protect the destitute and homeless of this glorious state and accruing count after count of criminal destruction of private property.
