To Moskvarium and President Putin: Please Relocate Naya

Naya, an approximately 15 year old killer whale, has been in complete isolation at Moskvarium since January 2024. Being a cetacean of high social and cognitive intelligence, Naya deserves to live in a facility that has other killer whales rather than languishing alone, unable to ever interact with another of her kind ever again. We have learnt time and time again what happens to killer whales when they are left years in an aquarium without their own kind (Kiska, Kshamenk, Tokitae -- say their names). Naya lost everything in 2023, having been forced to grieve both Narnia and Nord, and when she gave birth to her daughter, there was hope, because she wouldn't have to be alone.
Then Naya lost her daughter only a month later, in January of 2024.
Naya cannot be released back into the ocean or be moved to a sea sanctuary. She is far too habituated for the former, alongside the complication of her being a mammal-eating killer whale that now only eats fish (and thus cannot be reintroduced to mammal-meat as that would be unethical) and there is too much funding and too many resources required to facilitate the latter option. (Not to mention: Naya's natural waters tend to freeze over during winter time, face massive climate changes and carry ice bergs over from the wind.)
She has been through unimaginable pain. She deserves better than her current living conditions at Moskvarium. Killer whales of her very ecotype reside currently in two aquariums in China: Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and Shanghai Haichang Ocean Park. Port of Nagoya aquarium in Japan currently houses Lynn, a female killer whale who has remained isolated for over a year and would benefit massively from a companion. Loro Parque, an aquarium in Spain well-versed in killer whale transfers and husbandry is another suitable choice.
Naya is not short of options. She is short of support.
Raise your voices and ask Moskvarium as well as President Putin's government for Naya to be transferred to an aquarium outside of Russia to reunite her with other killer whales.
