Install video camera in Ranger Hall elevator

The office of Residence Life of UW-P declines to put a camera in the elevator.  The elevator has, on multiple occasions, been urinated and deficated in.  This behavior has resulted in threats of fines to everyone in Ranger Hall, and the issue still persists.  It is time we stop sending empty threats and start identifing those responsible.  

There are people who reside in Ranger Hall that have a physical disability, it is not fair that they have only two options. One, to suffer through the smell, put themselves at risk for infection, and deal with the inhumane condition that is the elevator.  Or two, do not use the elevator and suffer the pain or complications of using the stairs (that is assuming that their disability even allows this privledge).  It is time to identify those responsible and have the elevator available for its intended purpose.
