Stop police misconduct in madison wi and free brian lawler!!!!!!!

On July 17th, 2009 Brian Lawler, an eastside madison man was sentenced to 8 years in prison and 17 years out (under supervision) because a neighbor alleged he was harassing him. During the 7-day trial the neighbor was caught in many lies. One of the many lies the neighbor was caught in was that the neighbor claimed that Brian harassed him because he was mad at him because Brian received parking tickets because of him, but that is in no way accurate as Brian never received any parking tickets because of that neighbor. The neighbor stated while on stand that in 2004 Brian followed him in his work van which in fact was not purchased until 2007. The neighbor also claimed that Brian's children would join in on the harassment; by throwing dog feces under their porch, however this porch was covered with latus that had very small holes, too small of holes to be able to stuff a bag of dog feces through and how they threw dog feces on the neighbor's roof...as well as their own, why would they do that? Judge Patrick Fiedler- once he had already sat down- got up out of his bench to welcome the neighbor's father in law saying it was an honor to have him there.  State court of appeals found Judge Fiedler to be highly bias. There isn't just one side of the story either, there is only one person getting harassed here, and that is in fact Brian Lawler and his family. While away in 2008 at the Warner Park fireworks Brian Lawler's family's home security system caught on tape the neighbor shooting illegal fireworks at his home. While pulling into their driveway the neighbor was outside in his driveway as he said "F*** you lawler!" So they knew something was up. The fireworks were shot up in the air and caused much vandalism to his home, cars and property. Such as dents and paint scraped off the brand new cars, craters in their driveway where the cement exploded and craters in their lawn as well. If that had hit their house, and someone was in there they would have died. They called the police to report what had happened. The police came down and they showed the police officers the videotape. The police said they would go have a talk with the neighbor and issue a $1,000 fine for the illegal fireworks. That ticket was never issued and 1 month and 4 days later Brian was arrested. When the police searched Brian's home they took the recordings of this and destroyed them and they were never seen again. The neighbor claimed that the Lawler's were trying to harass them with their home security system, but really they were only trying to document the vandilization their home and property was receiving. The neighbor complained about this to the judge but the judge said that the home security system was completely fine and it could stay up, however when the police did the search warrant on the house they snipped each and every camera! The neighbor drastically changed their story between the restraining order and the trial but nothing was ever done about this. After the search warrant occurred they took many of the Lawler's belongings one thing that included his 72'' Hitachi television set. When they received their property back with many items missing including his youngest son's Gameboy(wasn't on the list of the property taken from his house but said they had it, now saying they don't have it), his youngest son's spiderman fishing pole with case (because they said it was used to harass the neighbor (?)) Brian's $500 casio camera cellphone (said they never had it) but they gave back the box it came in, and of course the 72'' tv. They complained about this and demanded to know where their property was. They said they didn't have the t.v. but a few weeks later they said on stand that the t.v. was being stored at detective Kevin Dunington's house because there wasn't enough room in the property room, yeah right. Kevin Dunington was recently demoted from detective to police officer for an unknown reason people believe it was because he "stored" Brian's t.v. at his house. Items that were stolen by the police just turned up to be "missing" The neighbor's father is a police officer. Brian Lawler is an ordained minister and prior to this he owned his own company which was making over $300,000 a year! Since in prison Brian has lost over 150 pounds (was 350 pounds) now weighing 175 pounds in very bad shape. He is suffering from a serious immune system disease so what the prison serves other prisoner's to eat, he can't eat so he goes hungry a lot because he can't eat anything with gluten in it...it's called celiac disease. His wife has been very depressed lately and attempted suicide..if this isn't fixed something bad will happen to his 4 young children and they will be left without a mom or a dad to care for them. One of the Lawler children just got accepted to UW madison and is going to become a lawyer to fight injustice like this! Also on thepetitionsite.com someone else set up a petition for him as well and the neighbor signed his name and confessed to how easy it was and to have fun getting ass raped in jail and they also did this on topix.com                                  http://www.thepetitionsite.com/3/stop-police-misconduct-in-madison-wiBrian originally paid T Christopher Kelly over $30,000 to be his lawyer and he fled the country with his money because he lost his law liscense because of all the complaints he was receiving and Brian didn't find this out until after he paid him and he ran. Brian was then forced to use his partner, Alan Habermehl who just hated dealing with Law and was going to retire after Brian's case so he didn't really care what happened to him and never said what Brian wanted him to say to the jury, never said what he wanted the jury to hear; the truth. The family also wasn't allowed to testify and Judge Fiedler sentenced him consecutively instead of concurrently. The D.A., Robert Kaiser had known Brian for over 25 years and is very bias of him but didn't remove himself from the case. The neighbor also testified that the bedroom window of their house was 10 feet away from Brian's house, but the jury didn't get to hear that it was really 200 feet away. The family is trying to raise funds for an appeal lawyer, but they can hardly pay their bills.
