Stop Rogers Wireless From Forcing Plan Changes In Order To Upgrade A Cell Phone.
They are making it mandatory to change your plan if you want to upgrade your cell phone. I feel that we as consumers should all stand together and fight for our rights. Why should we be forced to pay more for less. Getting one cell phone upgrade means changing all lines. That's extortion in my books. Lets stand together and put a stop to Rogers new cell changes. The CRT says the new two year contract changes dose not support the changes Rogers is forcing on the customers. Consumer Affairs also states this is not in the CRTC changes to cell service.

People who have wireless accounts are upset with the fact that you are forcing us to change wireless plans in order to upgrade our phones. You staff have been quoted as saying its all in the CRTC new laws on wireless. Not true as I personaly have spoken with Nacey at the CRTC and was told that this is not in there changes. I have also spoken with Comsumer Affairs and they also agree that this dose not fall with in the CRTC changes. attached is a petition signed by people who would like true answers to you changes in wireless upgrade services regarding wireless phone upgrades.
