ORIGINAL PANCAKE HOUSE -- No More Styrofoam for Take Out or Leftovers

Our world is increasingly polluted with plastic including Styrofoam which is dangerous to the health of both earth and all its life......furthermore, it does not degrade under normal conditions and is rarely recyclable especially when food grade....

At least one of your restaurants is still using Styrofoam or extended polystyrene plastic #6 for leftovers and or take out......too much of this ends up as trash in waste dumps, burned into air pollution particles, or left as trash on our lands and waters.....

We the undersigned are writing to ask that you please ask all of your restaurants to stop using Styrofoam as much as possible at least for take out and leftovers.....there are options that can be composted or recycled and have not shown that they lead to closing of business or rise in costs to consumers.....
