To get my parental rights reinstated

The department of human resources of Birmingham Alabama,put my children up for adoption without me signing my rights over. now his adoptive mother doesn't want him anymore. he is living from place to place. and is not in school. If I wasn't a good mother I wouldn't be concerned about his safety and living arrangements. all I want is my son back,so would you all PLEASE Help Me!!!!!
