destinataire: disruption on several occassion of the neighborhood by Ann Stevens' son Gordon Stevens

On several occassions the police have had to intervene to prevent any harm to Ann Steven's herself.
She has written bad checks at several estabishements
She nor her son have maintained the property in question, the grass is nothing but a weed garden the weeds are growing thru the brick, the tree is dead in the back yard .no painting or repairs have been made to out outside of such resident.
We would like the community association to step in and enforce the rules the rest of us are required to follow.
The house is a total shables and need serious clean up done to it to get up to uniform with the rest of the property in our neigborhood. This is a petition signed by our negborhood to get soemthing done or at least ask her tor move. To many times the police have been called to this resident at 117 Beautybush Trail .
