'Security Guards' Need In WA To Get Their Act Together

Here in WA this is the 'security guards' 'Law' when it comes to children being abused:

* The offense needs to be above the waist for it to be abuse

* They have to see the abuse happen themselves to approach the parent

* Even if the assault is above the waist but they have seen nothing they still will not approach the parent

This is what happens when the Australian Government doesnt make these lazy,ignorant people try. They think they can get away with not trying because they are being allowed to do it.
To abuse a child ANYWHERE on their body is abuse so please show your support and help encourage the Australian Government to take some action because this is clearly not right.
