Stop employer intimidation & harassment

It should be illegal for employers to play favorites & use intimidation to get want they want.  Employees work hard to make employers look good.  Employees should be appreciated.A good employee should not have to resign because they are not liked.  Incentives make employees work better.  Everyone should work as a team in a business.  Together Everyone Achieves More.  Let us all work together.

We the undersigned believe that employees are just that.  Hard working and loyal.  There is no "I" in team.  A happy business is a productive buseness.  Employers should not play favorites or use intimidation to achieve success.  Good workers are hard to find and employers should appreciate loyalty and hard work.  We need to work together.  It is the workers that make an employer look good.  Stand by your workers and thank them today!  Thank you for taking time to read this.
