Stop the abuse of this child

This 4 1/2 year old girl has been raised in a violent abusive environment provided by her mother, the boyfriend of the mother, father of the mother and others.  There are numerous police reports documenting longstanding abuse in the household including assault to and by the mother.   The mother has disobeyed family court orders, lied in court and continues to abuse my niece and subject her to an unsafe, violent environment.  Her behavior grows more out of control.  1 in 3 girls is abused in the U.S and our system is not "taking care" of this 1 in 3--including my niece.  The boyfriend of the mother of my niece tried running me over with his car in January 2007 in So. Burlington VT.  This was a premeditated attack--they came to where I was (a public place) and attempted to assault me with a deadly weapon in front of my niece.  I pray that help is given right away to stop the horrible damage that the abuse is causing to this beautiful child.  Larkin's website: http://www.justiceforvermonters.org/   my site:  www.tbijustice.com
