The EUROPEAN wildcat is a subspecies of the wildcat that inhabits the forests and grasslands of europe, as well turkey and the caucasus mountains. It has been extirpated from Scandinavia, england and wales, and numbers in scotland are critically low.Deforestation hunting and poaching for his fur, have reduce dangerously the number of the samples and , also all not being near to extinction , and' decidedly         THREATENED !!!!!
