Demand a change to child support and child visitation.

Child custody and Support should be as follows. Both parents should automatically receive joint legal and physical 50/50 custody of said chid/children unless courts find a parent automatically unfit from the start. Child/children shall reside with both parents 50/50 with both parents sharing responsibilities of transportation to and from any and all activities while exercising visitation. Child Support shall be up to the responsibility of the parent who is exercising visitation with said child/children at the current time of visitation in any and all ways. If at any time that a parent should have to resort to welfare of said child/children, first the court shall evaluate if the other parent can support said child/children without the support of the state and if so then physical custody shall pass to that parent. If neither parent, then each parent will be held responsible for whatever debt incurred for said child/children.
