Petition for Seatbelts on public School buses

We need to collect 10,000 signatures to get on the election ballot to get seat belts put on all of public school buses. The state of Arkansas may state that 8-10 kids a year is not a bad lose but if we can save one of the eight then it is worth while. Any childs life is prescious help us lower the number.
