Demand Red Flag Laws Stop

We want to end so called law "Red Flag Laws" because it's unconstitutional no due process also you're automatically guilty until you are proved innocent it's a violation against amendment 4 personal property, Amendment 5 right to face accuser and trial Also 6 the right to have counsel present at the time of them taking them. No friend or neighbor should be able to just call the police and say anything they want no proof or anything. It's not legal.

My solution is to repeal red flag and use the universal background check system in place already.
