Substantial Decrease in Housing Services

We as a community have lost lots of the perks that drew us to community. Our backyards were being mowed every other week, our 3 month maintenance for our smoke alarms and air filters, our choice of carpet cleaning, screen doors, and cleaning when we renewed our leases, even the ability to drive around and just enjoy the beautiful flowers around the community that were changed out frequently. We have even lost the fast maintenance response we had prior to the change in ownership. We want our rent to reflect the services we have lost until our services are restored. We want to live in a community we are proud to call home again!
