STOP ETSY! #NOTCOOLETSY #NOSHIPNODIP

As you may have read, Etsy is raising their fees from 3.5% to 5%. This jump alone is making it questionable for some sellers to continue their use with Etsy. In addition to this steep hike, they want to include Shipping & Handling fees into this taxation. Last time I checked, Etsy does not pay for OUR shipping materials. They do no hunt for OUR free boxes. Not one minute of their day is spent packing orders to ensure the safety of OUR items. Why do they get to dip into something that WE AS SELLERS are already struggling with, amongst Amazon and other large businesses who provide free shipping. Why do they get to dip into that to add to their profit? Sign the petition to STOP Etsy from this absurd tax on OUR work.
