Petition for Home Incarceration

Beverly Lockhart will be facing sentencing in the near future.  She has already spent seven months in the Pike County Detention Center for a nonviolent crime.  Beverly has always been an outstanding citizen with honorable character.  I am humbly requesting The Honorable Judge Thapar to please consider Beverly Lockhart's reputation, background, and character in rendering his decision and to give her HOME INCARCERATION as the final judgment.  By signing this petition, I am showing my support for leniency for Beverly Lockhart.

Thank you for your previous support of Beverly Lockhart before her sentencing. Currently she is incarcerated in a minimal security facility at the Federal Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.
