Help stop companies like paypay from scamming your mkney

If you have been scammed by pay pal please sign this petition. I have been taken for hundreds of dollars. Not only did they keep my refunds they charged me again and turned it over to the collection agency.
Only way I have been able to communicate with them is via email. I call the number they tell me to call and all that happens is the transfer me two or three times and I end up with the collection agency and they don't take care if anything.
This has been going on for a year. They have got into my bank account and kept taking money here and there and I was not aware of this until they tried to get 5000.00 out of my bank account. I tried to take care of it right away and they wouldn't delete my account or bank accountinformation.
The merchant that refunded my money because they found it wasn't mine. PayPal takes my refund because they say they emailed me and I didn't respond quick enough so they kept the refund charged me again and turned it over to the collection agency so they wouldn't have to pay it back.
Reason for this petition is that this big multi million dollar company is robbing the American working people and it needs to be addressed. Please sign this petition if you have been scammed by PayPal or you just tired of these million dollar companies taking your hard earned miney
