Having recreational rooms for nurses in healthcare facilities

Everybody deserves the relaxation from the mental, physicaly, and emotional stress they endure working in a nursing facility. I am petitioning that the nursimg facilities should give the nurses a chance to relax mentally and physically by providing a relaxation room for the over worked. This room will provide a pool, exersize equipment, as well as a medatation area.
