One unfair SENTENCE,2 UNJUST SENTENCES

My Dashawn Wallace was a honor student residing in Clinton Township, Mi. He was a Father to Myla Roberts and Fiancee too Myra Roberts, they both simultaneously finished Dorsey Schools as honor students and 2 year's later he became the Father for the first time on July 6, 2014 of a son who he named after himself and his brother and best friend, in September he was employed by St John's and DMC while providing for his children and allowing his fiancee to continue her education, also working his way up from Medical Assistant too Office Manager in in 2 short years a job he
had maintain for 5 years and played basketball every weekend with his and some of the Doctors from St.Johns,February, Dashawn came to my home on Irvington in Detroit,to pick up some winter clothes and coat I gift my "Grandbrats" annually he used his house keys and left his car running, one house over was a family of squatters, Dashawn NEVER had a conversation with the people and they had taken it as some form of disrespect intended, so they surrounded his vehicle, the Mother who was high of cocaine, and her son's had smoke copius amounts of weed with her, where we live doesn't have alleys so they gave chase on with a pick axe, steel pipe, 5 inch butcher knife, and the Mother was armed with an aluminum bat the Mother tried to grab him from and the other boys had him blocked in between the house I had a registered house rifle and the son grab the end and asked my son "what you going to do with this,?punk bitch they played tag o war the victim was shot in the foot and the Mother all weapons were found in the house they were squatting in and they all gave different testimony during the trial but my son Dashawn was found not guilty because of self defense on all counts and guilty of shooting at dwelling even though her son admitted to the Public defender that they chase him on my property and also called more people to fight by DPD own testimony, during the time my son lost his beloved Grandmother and I haven't not he has heard from his Court appointed appellate attorney, and Dashawn Wallace was also preparing to give his Sister DaShawnda Wallace a kidney she has been on dialysis while we're waiting too hear from Dory Baron who hasn't told us ANYTHING ABOUT THE APPEAL I pray as a Mother to wake up from this, nightmare, I don't understand how it's self defense but can charge another crime, The owner were Chase Bank and it had all of its original windows and door no bullet holes weren't found in the house, I want Justice for my son and the transplant of incacearated family members or not should be allowed and taken into consideration for becoming transplants donor, please whoever read the if can help you're greatly appreciated I pray God open this door in Jesus name we pray Amen x3 🙌
