Ours is a government for the people and by the people. The United States Constitution provides us with a system of checks and balances, so that our personal liberties will be upheld. There is no room in this system for "male monarchs" (the definition of "czar") that do not speak for the people, nor answer to them. President Obama, as a Senator, demanded that czars be eliminated, but has since appointed more than any other President. This administration has corrupted the free market, accelerated government spending, and hijacked the Constitution-appointed responsibilities of Congress. In other words, the executive branch has overstepped its bounds, and has effectively violated our Bill of Rights. It is about time we stand up for our country and ourselves and demand that our Constitution be respected and followed!

As Abraham Lincoln stated in the Gettysburg Address, ours is a government ""by the people, for the people". As a Senator, you demanded that czars be eliminated, but you have since appointed more than any other President. Your administration has interfered in the free market, accelerated government spending, and assumed the Constitution-appointed responsibilities of Congress. In other words, the executive branch has overstepped its bounds, and as a result, we feel that our Bill of Rights has been violated.
The fifth amendment says that we shall not be deprived of liberty or property, without due process. As our elected President, when you brokered the bankruptcies of Chrysler and GM, you effectively denied us those rights. You rejected the contracts of thousands of dealerships, despite the protections afforded them by their state constitutions. Many of these hard-working citizens wound up in bankruptcy, leaving tens of thousands of employees without jobs or COBRA health coverage. Quite frankly, it was not your place to become involved. Our Constitution trusts Congress with the responsibilities of regulating commerce and overseeing the Bankruptcy process. Unlike your appointed czar, the legislative branch represents the voices of the American people. You silenced our voices, President Obama, and then you took our money to help your friends in the United Auto Workers Union buy out their employers. These actions sound more like those of a common crook, rather than the leader of the free world.
Perhaps it is time you sat down with a copy of the United States Constitution, as well as the Declaration of Independence. Remember that you have been elected to govern -- not to rule. We demand that you respect our Constitution and our rights.
