GO BACK TO A SIX PERIOD SCHOOL DAY

Recently Central changed its six period school day to seven. It does give students more opportunity to explore other areas of interest for electives and such. The downside to this is that classes are shorter. The teachers rush to explain and teach the curriculum and students are bombarded with more homework than they can finish before its due date.

It is extremely stressful and burdensome to students who can barely manage outside of school. There are students who works, in need of helping family members, and more. It causes an unhealthy lifestyle for our growing generation.
