Demand to be compensated for poor business management!

Customers pay over £200 per year for a manged bank account that is quite often a let down. Despite the monthly charge customers still pay premium rate for text messages and phone calls. Phone lines are consistently busy and the text service 'hit and miss' On Thursday 17th November Thinkmoney began updating the online system which resulted in complete financial darkness for a vast number of people. Customers were unable to access, transfer or even check their balance in some cases for the complete weekend causing major disruption to families and individuals. Thinkmoney did extend phone operating hours for the weekend to try and assist with the situation, but that still would not resolve the issue of customers being left without finances. I believe customers should be compensated for this, I feel it is unfair to pay for a premium service that is so poorly managed.

Hi guys, we've got some interest in this situation 158 signatures so for but for some real power we need more. Share, share and share some more.

With 1000 customers @ £17.50 or more a month surely we have the power to be heard here! Thinkmoney are making money from our frustration by way of premium text messages and calls! We deserve better for a £200+ annual fee!
