Build Exit 23 on I-75.

On interstate 75, there is no exit between 20 and 25. There is a road that goes over the interstate that would make a great location for another exit, Harrison pike. This would be a good place to build an exit. The main reason is it would be a good way to get to downtown Cleveland from the interstate. Another reason is it would attract business to this area.
