Justice for Duke and Cain

Duke and Cain were owner surrendered to Town Lake Animal Center, long after they should have been. Dukes picture, says everything.  There is really, no further explanation needed, as to how we feel about his condition.We, the below signed people, have come together to gather signatures on this petition to let it be known our feelings about the mistreatment of these animals.We must speak for Duke and Cain, as they have no voice, only us. They say, Cain has faired better than his brother, but we are asking you to help prosecute the owner, for both. Please file charges on the owner of Duke and Cain and we request the maximum punishment allowed by law for Animal Cruelty in the State of Texas.
