Alright,
 3 years ago i was 11. And i am the youngest out of me and my 2 best friends. I promised them that we would meet the jonas brothers before i turned 16. I have been planing this alll along, i was hoping to get them to come to my sweet 16, so my friends would be so suprised and happy. And i would be able to keep that promise. Sign this petition if you think that it should be an option for jonas brothers to come to some birthday parties.
