Fire District Attorney Doug Evans

District Attorney Doug Evan's in Mississippi has been proven many times to have tried criminal cases, especially death penalty cases, unconstitutionally. One such case had little evidence that has led to Curtis Flowers being convicted 6 times for the same murder. Evans has violated Flowers' 14th amendment, he was found to have violated a Brady law by withholding evidence from a defense attorney in a rape case, and has been known to ensure that there have been mostly white men on juries in trials of African Americans.
